Right of Withdrawal

Although a lot of thought and every effort have been made to get this first class product to you, it may be necessary for some reason or another, that you have to return it to us, this should happen in accordance with the following criteria: 

In accordance to the EU’s Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) for distant selling, effective from June 13, 2014. As part of this directive, our website Terms and Conditions will be updated to inform customers that they may withdraw their orders within 14 days, this means that if you decide to cancel the order or return the goods for any reason whatsoever you are required, within 14 days to inform Alan Buckwell, in writing, by fax or by email, your intention of returning the goods, telephone is not enough. On cancellation of the contract the purchaser is under obligation to restore (return) the goods to the supplier at the purchasers cost, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them.”
